*No class on the Vajra Dance which Benefits Beings Practice Days, the third Saturday of each month.
Beginners are encouraged to commit to attend all 14 sessions to embody this sublime practice for integrating body, speech and mind. A lot of movements to learn, yet this Vajra Dance functions by simply moving and singing in time while being present on a mandala. Wonderful!
Suggested donation of $150 for the whole course. Those with experience are welcome to drop-in; suggested donation $20 a day.
