This ongoing weekly course approaches Shiné from a Dzogchen view - practicing the Calm State without limitation.
Combining instruction and guided meditation with discussion of participants' experiences, these sessions are an exploration of what we discover on (and off) the cushion.

Taught by Santi Maha Sangha teacher Lynn Newdome, who has practiced Shiné and Lhagthong for over 40 years, and is also a trained Shiné/Lhagthong (Shamatha/Vipashyana) meditation instructor in the Kagyu Mahamudra tradition.
