Dear Sangha,
Now that the crisp, clear air and bright colors of autumn are upon us, we think it’s the perfect time to spend a weekend enjoying the outdoors with friends, warming up with a little hard work, and relaxing over a picnic lunch.
Please join us at Khandroling starting at 10:00 AM Saturday October 5 for brush clearing, weeding, and picnicking, and then at 10:00 AM Sunday October 6 at the schoolhouse. Bring your gloves, weed eaters, chain saws, pruning saws, etc. Those who are not able to participate in weeding and brush clearing please bring a picnic lunch for the group.
If you can’t make it that weekend, or just want more of the same, we’ll do it all again on Saturday October 12 (Khandroling) and Sunday October 13 (TE Schoolhouse). For the Khandroling Saturdays, please park at the Vajra Hall.
We can end the day around a bonfire (made from our cut branches) with lots of good cheer, after some satisfying and much-needed work together.
