Yantra Yoga in a Chair: The 9 breathings, 3 preliminary series, rhythmic breathing. Transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Yeshi Namkhai and some knowledge of Yantra Yoga highly recommended.

The Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga in a Chair is of enormous benefit both to those with physical limitations, as well as those who live busy but sedentary lifestyles. We will do Warm ups, Tsigjongs, & Eight Movements.
Participants will coordinate breathing techniques with movements, while sitting in a chair, to gain flexibility and find a renewed sense of well-being in their daily lives.
Recommendations for participants: Chair with no arms; two yoga blocks would be very helpful, or some kind of elevation method - such as blankets or two same level cushions that are a little firm; loose clothing.
