All lunches must be prepaid by July 1st.
- Day 1, Monday, July 17- Falafel Plate - Mixed greens, brown rice, fresh & marinated seasonal vegetables, three falafel, hummus & tahini dressing, Fruit
- Day 2, Tuesday, July 18 - Thai Salad with Tempeh - Chilled almond Thai sauce over rice noodles & fresh greens, topped with seasonal vegetables, and cilantro, Chocolate Brownie
- Day 3, Wednesday, July 19 - Far East Bowl - Savory shiitake ginger sauce over lightly cooked seasonal vegetables, fried tempeh, brown basmati rice & scallions, Fruit
- Day 4, Thursday, July 20 - The 413 - Brown rice, black beans, seasonal greens, fried seasonal vegetables with a Horseradish-maple-miso dressing , and fresh cabbage, carrot & scallions, Fruit Bowl
- Day 5, Friday, July 21 - Indian Curry - Rich curry with chickpeas, carrots & onions served over hearty greens, brown basmati rice & cilantro, Cookie
- Day 6, Saturday, July 22 - BBQ Tempeh - Slow cooked tempeh in a naturally sweetened house BBQ sauce, brown basmati rice, coleslaw & fresh greens, Watermelon
